Duties: Laborer will perform a variety of tasks that require physical labor on construction sites, warehouses, hospitality jobs, theme parks, or outdoor environments. The role may involve using hand tools and equipment & carrying out duties such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning and preparing job sites, & assisting skilled workers as needed.

Number of Positions: 500

Duration: April 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Ovt possible, based on business needs)

Wage: $13.50 - $17.50 per hour (higher of the state, local, or federal minimum wage)

Job Requirements: No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge. Transportation (including meals and, if necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided or reimbursed upon completion of 50% of the work contract, and return transportation will be provided upon completion of the job contract.

H-2B workers are guaranteed work for at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period. Employer will make deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.
